Refund policy

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

If a product is returned in used or installed condition, or if protective film or tags have been removed, it may not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please review and understand our policy before completing your purchase.

Enclosure Policy

All enclosures are non-returnable.
If an enclosure includes a defective part, we will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to the customer.

Cancelled Orders & Processing Fees

All canceled orders on in-stock items will have a 3.9% processing fee deducted from the refund to cover transaction costs.
Payment processors such as PayPal and Shopify do not refund processing fees—this is a standard industry policy.

This fee applies only to in-stock items.
If a backordered item is canceled, these fees will not be deducted.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
This fee may be waived in certain situations at the discretion of NXT MOD / KRM.

Electronics

All electronic components are subject to inspection before replacement.
If an electronic item has been installed and is found defective, a replacement item will be issued unless otherwise decided between NXT MOD / KRM staff and the customer.
