Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines before placing your order.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Return Policy.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be new, unused, and uninstalled, with all original packaging, labels, protective films, hardware, and documentation included.
- Any product that has been installed, mounted, wired, assembled, modified, or shows signs of use is considered used and is not eligible for return unless approved by NXT MOD.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Enclosure Policy
Due to the size and custom nature of our enclosures, all enclosure sales are final and non-returnable.
If an enclosure arrives with a defective or damaged component, we will repair or replace the affected part at no cost to the customer.
Electronics
Electronic components are subject to inspection before replacement or warranty approval.
If an electronic component is found to be defective under normal use, a replacement will be issued in accordance with our warranty procedures.
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, water intrusion, or abuse is not covered.
Special Order Items
Custom-built, made-to-order, special-order, or personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Order Cancellations & Processing Fees
Orders canceled before shipment may be subject to a 3.9% payment processing fee.
Payment processors such as Shopify Payments and PayPal do not refund their transaction fees once a payment has been processed.
- This fee applies only to in-stock items.
- Backordered items canceled before shipment are not subject to this fee.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.
NXT MOD reserves the right to waive the restocking fee at its sole discretion.
Freight Shipments
Large freight shipments must be inspected upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be noted with the delivery carrier before signing for the shipment. Failure to report freight damage at delivery may affect our ability to file a claim and assist with replacement.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery are considered returns and are subject to all applicable return shipping charges and restocking fees.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned merchandise.
NXT MOD is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.
