Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Area

NXTMOD currently ships within the continental United States only.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Shipping Rates

NXTMOD offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders over $120 within the continental United States.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have applicable shipping charges calculated at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped using UPS or FedEx, depending on the products ordered, package size, destination, and available shipping service.

NXTMOD reserves the right to select the appropriate carrier and shipping method for an order.

Multiple-Package Shipments

Some orders may require multiple packages due to the size, weight, or quantity of the products purchased. Packages belonging to the same order may arrive separately and may have separate tracking numbers.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has shipped.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, NXTMOD is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or otherwise missing after confirmed delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that packages can be delivered to a safe and secure location.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time the order is placed.

NXTMOD is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, returned, or otherwise undeliverable as a result of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you discover an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact NXTMOD as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Once an order has shipped, NXTMOD cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed or redirected.

If a package is returned to NXTMOD because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, any additional shipping costs required to resend the order are the customer's responsibility.

Packages Damaged During Shipping

Customers should inspect their order immediately upon opening the package.

If an item appears to have been damaged during shipping, contact NXTMOD immediately. Please retain the product, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label, as these may be required to submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs of:

• The damaged product

• The exterior shipping box or packaging

• Any visible damage to the packaging

• The shipping label

• The internal packaging and packing materials

Do not discard the product or packaging until NXTMOD confirms that it is no longer needed.

NXTMOD is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist with the carrier claim process when appropriate. Failure to promptly report shipping damage or retain the original packaging may prevent us from being able to assist with a carrier claim.

Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of NXTMOD's direct control.

NXTMOD is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
